I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Herbalist. I help people take control of their health. I guide and support you on this journey of healing. I delve in deep to uncover the root cause of your ailments and together we devise an appropriate treatment plan using nutritional therapyherbal medicine and lifestyle changes.

A large amount of clients I see, come suffering with Digestive issues, Skin issues, & Women’s health issues. These are very broad subjects with a vast array of symptoms but can all be helped and managed in very simple yet effective ways.

Qualifications and Training

Rachael qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2013 and is a member of the Nutritional Therapist of Ireland Association (NTOI). She studied with Kingdom College of Natural Health (KCNH) and with The Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH). She went on to study Herbal Medicine and qualified in 2016. She studied western herbal medicine under Herbalist Nikki O’Darrell at The Plant Medicine School Colaiste Luibheanna in Co. Cork. She completed 500 hours of clinical training with Colaiste Luibheanna in Cork and also with Herbalist and Naturopath Roisin O’Kelly in Dublin. Rachael is a member of the Irish Register of Herbalists (IRH), the governing body in Ireland. She maintains yearly continual professional development courses in both Nutritional Therapy and Herbal Medicine.

In addition Rachael has had training with The Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London for natural fertility care & also with Elaine Sheff from Green Path Herb School in the U.S on Natural Birth Control & Fertility Care. She has also had training with Dr Jason Hawrelek on the subject of SIBO and how to diagnose and treat it using a holistic approach.

Rachael has a real passion for natural and healthy healing and believes wholeheartedly in the power of nature and the natural healing ability of plants and the foods we eat, she believes that by eating the right diet and living more in tune with our natural rhythms that we enhance our body’s natural healing abilities. Rachael believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge they need to be able to take control of their own health and get to know their bodies and what works best for them. She believes in using the most natural approach to healing and the strong connection humans have with nature and how we need that nature to survive on every level. She is an advocate of reducing exposure to dangerous chemicals in our food, water, air and medicines.
